The undergraduate application recently closed on August 31st, 2025, but the postgraduate application is still open. General requirements for the admission and scholarship application

  • Bachelor's degree if applying for a master's program and a Master's degree if applying for PHD.
  • Degree certificate
  • Transcript 
  • Language Proficiency or Language Proficiency Waiver (Not all universities require)
  • Criminal Record Certificate
  • Medical Report (optional)
  • Recommendation letter
  • CV
  • In addition, universities may have additional specific requirements. For instance, the King Saud University requires a minimum GPA of 2.75/5.

Application Procedure

Admission and scholarship are handled together. You visit the Study in Saudi Portal, choose the universities of your choice, and submit your application. Make sure to check the scholarship offerings per institution before you choose a university and submit an application.
